unu is an urban mobility brand based in Berlin. Our first product was the unu Scooter Classic, an electric scooter with portable batteries launched in 2014. Our products are sold both directly to consumers and business customers, making them accessible to everyone and resulting in fair prices by eluding dealership costs. In 2020, we launched the second generation of our scooter: The unu Scooter was designed in house and completely re-designed with our partners in Germany. The new scooter offers space for two people, as well as the largest storage space and one of the fastest acceleration values in the electric scooter segment.
After establishing a strong footprint in Germany, Austria and France, we are looking to consolidate our position as one of Europe's leading e-mobility brands. With already more than 70 creative, pragmatic and solution oriented team members, we are now looking for a a CRM Manager (m/w/d) to join the team in unu’s headquarter in Berlin.
The role- As our CRM Manager (m/w/d), you will be a critical player in our success and growth in the coming yearsYour role is to turn prospects into delighted customers. This covers the areas of customer insights, automation, personalization, and inbound marketing.-You will co-develop, test, run, and improve CRM and inbound marketing activities with our marketing team and other stakeholders across the organization.- You will have the opportunity to analyze, model and redesign our prospect experience journeys.- The role implies moving between strategic levels to hands-on tasks.

Your responsibilities

  • Using a data-driven approach, you will plan, develop, implement and optimize our different sales funnels for both our B2C and B2B streams in order to meet our growth goals.
  • Working closely with our marketing and sales team, you will understand and learn from our customers to constantly try and improve the sales journeys. Additionally, you will loop in our sales and lead acquisition teams about your insights to support their respective goals.
  • Continuously improving customer communication will enable you to engage, retain and reactivate and increasing share of prospects and customers
  • You will help building better understanding of our customers in an international context with different markets
  • You will manage automated, multi-touch nurture programs across the customer lifecycle which reduce manual effort.
  • You will own both conversion driven email campaigns and automated journeys, including creative development, template optimization, set up, targeting, reporting, and testing.
  • You will test and analyse customer segments and map out strategies based upon performance and marketing objectives.
  • You will partner with our product, operations, communications, and business development teams to ensure communications are on-brand and impactful
  • Collaborate with product and software development teams to support data/API integrations.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing / email automation / CRM, ideally with Salesforce and Campaign Monitor, in e-commerce environment
  • Proven record in journey building and users segmentation. You can mix bottom-up approaches, driven by data and top-down strategic requirements, design-thinking-lead
  • Ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements and deliver value-added solutions with a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Great project management and communication skills with the ability to balance attention to details with swift execution
  • You not only can report data, but you create stories to tell them.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and picky about every little components that make a great campaign
