Job Description

The Operations team works across the entire global Tomorrow organization to help all business units achieve their goals. We work with Tomorrow stakeholders and leadership to design and implement our operating plan, and to measure and track progress against our goals.

We are looking for Revenue Operations Manager!

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will analyze data to develop sales and revenue strategy to meet the needs of Tomorrow.io and its different business models. You will analyze and help to frame Tomorrow’s go-to-market strategy around sales, business models, systems, and processes. You will work to develop and report key performance indicators, business model optimizations and opportunities, requirements for success, and requirements for new businesses or products. You will also contribute to case studies and assess the validity of new business plans or strategies . This role reports to the COO and has high exposure to the senior leadership team.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze Tomorrow business models and strategies, and report findings to the COO / CRO and leadership team
  • Evaluate and monitor all metrics around sales productivity, pipeline, and other go-to-market functions
  • Own the communication of your analysis to improve business processes
  • Define target metrics and goals, and work with the go-to-market team to implement strategies to achieve those goals
  • Conduct research into new business models and assess the validity of new ventures
  • Provide insights and analysis into current business and inform direction of process changes
  • Gain an understanding of the underlying systems that contribute to the business and how they interact to result in the end product/process/outcome
  • Help design compensation / commission plans and implement them

What it takes:

  • You are comfortable with data analysis (or just really great with Excel and a quick learner)
  • You are able to model business processes and communicate the analysis of those processes
  • You have prior experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau
  • You have prior experience with sales and marketing tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, including Salesforce admin experience
  • You are organized, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience, ideally at a SaaS company
