Where in the world of OVO will I be working? 

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor, supporting the growth of OVO within our Core Functions Talent Acquisition team. 

This is an opportunity to play a central and pivotal role in the organisation’s future development.

What will I be doing?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving a pipeline of candidates to our Core Functions vacancies - marketing and data in particular
  • Matchmaking teams and candidates by understanding a team’s needs and objectives, and effectively screening candidates to make sure motivations and skills align.
  • Driving direct sourcing activities including but not limited to; Referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Meetups and more!
  • Develop long term candidate relationships, build talent pools, be a pro at talent mapping and accessing referrals - we take diversity and inclusion seriously so be a champion of this
  • Helping to build our employer brand as an EnTech employer of choice, utilising social media, events and working with our internal brand teams.
  • Maintaining high levels of data integrity in all of our internal systems including our ATS, Greenhouse
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Constantly iterating - bringing ideas to the wider Talent team to ensure we’re always looking to improve how we do things in the team
  • Work on various Talent Acquisition and people team projects outside of your day to day hiring activities

Is this the job for me? 

You will have...

  • In House recruitment experience
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience with direct sourcing via a number of methods.
  • The ability to adapt to a fast changing environment, and a passion for constant iteration.
  • Strong personal impact and relationship building skills, with the capability to engage with candidates and managers.
  • High pace, resilience, gravitas and flexibility
  • A passion for building OVO’s employer brand.
