We believe developing a first-in-class Academy is a core component of achieving our mission. This role will be responsible for aligning tomorrow’s industry leading software and weather insights alongside the collective knowledge of our industry, weather, and software experts.

As the program lead for Tomorrow’s Academy education, you’ll be the founding member of the team and directly responsible for the program and its growth.

As the program lead for tomorrow Academy, You’ll:

  • Lead the development, launch and growth of’s Academy
  • Create educational content for employees, customers, and partners to inspire them to take actions and excel in their role
  • Empower users to implement’s software to grow their business
  • Be accountable for keeping the content library updated as we grow
  • Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across marketing, sales, services and product to research, prioritize and develop educational content
  • Work with leadership to distribute, promote, and track the impact of educational content
  • Track the impact Academy has on core business metrics like lead gen, sales, annual recurring revenue, NPS, and product usage
  • Work alongside, be coached, and learn from SaaS educational experts

What you bring:

  • You’re energized by empowering professionals to succeed through educational content
  • Experience leading and/or developing educational content
  • Successful track record leading and managing cross functional projects
  • Understanding of how to work in a SaaS environment with marketing, sales and/or CS
  • An action first mentality and are ready to roll up your sleeves and jump right in
  • People management track record and/or looking to grow into a manager role
