The B2B Business Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of European Expansion into starting and building the B2B business in France. This role will drive on B2B strategy, execute operations, expansion throughout France and managing strategic accounts to ensure the long-term success of our B2B clients. No job should be too small - running across the city to help a customer with a technical problem, or too big - negotiating ‘000 fleet contracts with the world's largest logistics players - Amazon, DHL - and unicorn startups in the on-demand food and grocery delivery space. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the fast-moving grocery and last-mile delivery space in Europe and for you to join a rocketship startup at the start of its hypergrowth story launching in a new continent!

You will apply your experience in operations, account management, partnerships, and growth strategy, to help drive growth in France. As a data-driven, flexible and creative individual, you'll support the strategy and execution of the expansion strategy in France, working closely with central teams on everything from operations, pricing and customer experience to product structure and hardware choices.

You should be comfortable working in a fast growth start-up and being able to independently be responsible for achieving major milestones like launching new products, and building our operations infrastructure, as well as generating revenue for the business.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in setting up operations and selling products and services into new markets
  • Experience selling to restaurant chains and/or last mile logistics companies is preferred
  • Start-up experience is valuable
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment
  • Experience in creating and optimizing processes
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, both within Zoomo and with external accounts. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality. Excited by a growth environment and willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results. Focus on getting things done without needing to rely on established processes
  • Analytical thinking. Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
