We are Zoomo, a Sydney-based tech platform providing smart Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs) and after-sales servicing for commercial and logistics customers. Our fleet is spread across the globe in Australia, the US, and the UK, and we are continuing to expand!

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Strategy Operations Manager to represent the UK & Europe GM at our Sydney HQ, working while they sleep, moving mountains and roadblocks to ensure they can move fast and deliver on the region’s ambitious growth targets.
The UK business will 10x+ in a year in size in 6 months. In that time, we’ve launched new business lines, new pricing and products and new systems. All of these require the EU & UK team to work very closely with functions sitting centrally in Sydney. This role is designed to give our GM there a lot more leverage across two time zones and make hyper growth sustainable for both you and them. You will report into the GM, but you are expected to act like a GM day to day and be the contact at HQ for all questions and projects related to the EU & UK.
You should be comfortable working in a fast growth start-up and being able to independently be responsible for achieving major milestones like closing major deals, launching new products, and designing our operating model, as well as being across all of the key regional performance metrics saving millions of pounds for the business.
Working in Operations at Zoomo will give you exposure to a range of different verticals (sales, operations, support, commercial and roles (working closely with the heads of all major functions and regions).
