Job Description

Enlightened Eco Solutions (https://EnlightenedEcoSolutions.com) is a start-up that seeking a Senior Corporate Advisor/Consultant starting March 1st. EES is a climate-focused eco lab that will develop many different solutions over time. Currently, we are working on an exciting project that involves helping ENGOs accomplish their goals as we inspire people all around the world.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall work experience as a corporate business advisor/consultant.
  • 3+ years in the environmental sector or some work in helping to create a positive impact in the world.
  • Excels in investment financing and negotiations as we scale.
  • Demonstrated experience running large corporate strategy projects to desirable outcomes, preferably in the eco-technology industry.
  • Understands the challenges of a start-up with a passion to see it quickly scale globally. 
  • Ability to develop a strategic growth strategy that will both create revenue and benefit the planet (i.e. – not “greenwashing”).
  • Encourages and inspires others within the company to be the absolute best they can be.
  • Understands and is able to work in an environment that works as a team, helping each other achieve each other’s goals. 
  • Comfortable with recommending business strategies, SWOT analysis, team member suggestions, creative concepts, etc..to the CMO, CTO, and CEO. 
  • Ability to generate excel-based financials and operating models.
  • Ability to develop the company's annual strategy plan to be presented to the Board.
  • Understands the complexities of seeking and securing additional investments as the company scales.
  • Comfortable in an environment that focuses on flexible problem-solving teams similar to an “in-house” incubator and is able to assist the teams when needed.
  • Has a passion for learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.   

This position will start out as a part-time position but we expect it to turn into a full-time position as the company scales. Equity will be included as part of the compensation.
