  You will be working in the Performance Coaching team, which is part of the Sales & Retention department within Membership Sales. Through data interpretation and feedback, the Sales Performance Coaches support in the delivery of coaching across Sales & Retention with the aim of improving performance across multiple channels.   You will be... ● Providing ongoing performance-based coaching support to Inbound & Outbound Sales as required in line with current business objectives ● Working closely with key stakeholders to identify performance gaps in groups or individuals and assisting in creating coaching action plans for them ● Interpreting information provided by our BI team to identify and suggest ways to improve the customer experience on a department, team and individual level ● Working with an assigned group of Team Leaders to enhance performance within their teams using a blend of coaching, observation, resource design and feedback ● Designing, attending and running call and coaching calibration sessions with peers, coaches, outsource partners and Team Leaders to ensure consistency in call marking and coaching practices ● Auditing a sample of interactions completed by our Routine Assurance team to ensure consistency against our agreed quality and compliance framework ● Delivering training on Quality and compliance expectations to new starters in inductions and potentially as part of any future progression frameworks within Membership Sales
