What We're Looking For

Novi is building a data platform to help consumer brands understand their products and ingredients, and a marketplace to help brands purchase ingredients from suppliers. The industry we're tackling is fragmented and complicated, so we are looking for someone who is excited about taking complex systems and distilling them into intuitive solutions.

To help support our continued growth, Novi Connect is seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product development. Reporting into Product, you will be working closely with stakeholders across all functions of the company to help launch new features while identifying areas of improvement on existing features.

You Will

  • Partner with all functions of the business with a focus on engineering and design
  • Help drive product definition, strategy and vision for Novi’s product experience, across all of our users
  • Build product features that reflect company priorities and strategically address customer needs
  • Drive organization and cohesion across the tech team

About You

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in product management or management consulting
  • Organized: Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Clear and Concise: You have strong communication skills and are able to articulate how business requirements and customer pain points translate into potential feature requests
  • Customer obsessed: You’re always advocating for our users and leveraging insights to inform the right priorities and decisions to deliver the best experience
  • Team player: No task is too small or too large; you’re always willing to roll your sleeves up, work with the team, and deliver results
