Engineering Co-Founder / First-Hire at Terrament

Terrament is an exciting new startup building low-cost, long-duration energy storage using gravity batteries deployed deep underground.

After two years of research and design ideation, we're about to join an accelerator program and close a round of angel funding, so we're getting ready to grow our team. We are seeking senior engineers (mechanical, electrical, and/or civil) who have the entrepreneurial appetite to become our next teammate in this race to solve an enormous, mission-critical climate need.

Compensation will be a mix of salary and equity, to be discussed.
