Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

NIO is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team by scheduling interviews with internal and external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with recruiters to move candidates through the interview process
• Greet candidates, make them feel welcome and ensure the best candidate experience
• Schedule phone interviews, video interviews, meetings and onsite interviews across different time zones
• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal, external, confidential, and time sensitive meetings
• Update candidate status in applicant tracking system
• Manage logistics for recruiting process, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursement
• Help to develop and improve recruiting processes from the ground up (e.g. tracking candidate data or interview training)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar
• Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and business units
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize time sensitive issues
• Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively with passive candidates
• Able to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing environments and regulations
