Job Description

Redaptive is searching for a driven, results oriented Business Operations Associate to join our Business Operations team. The Business Operations team works across all departments to enable Redaptive's growth and business success. We act as connective tissue across the company, navigating teams and individuals to work towards common goals. We drive high-impact cross-functional projects, support the design of scalable organizational structures, and build and implement the business and operational systems and processes that help Redaptive tick.  In this role, it is important that you develop strong working relationships across the company. You should be an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment. 
This position may be done anywhere in the remote USA except Colorado at this time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads or supports cross-functional project teams to implement process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drives stakeholder meetings and manages follow-up communications.
  • Collects data and insights from operations to identify the root cause of problems.
  • Identifies KPIs to measure performance of process improvements against requirments
  • Surveys, identifies, and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
  • Presents opportunities for approval to management.
  • Builds relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Communicates progress to stakeholders
  • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
  • Trains stakeholders on new processes as needed. 

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years professional experience in operations, business operations, product or project management
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma experience/certifications
  • Project management expertise and process improvement mindset
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and consider all stakeholder needs
  • A creative problem solver, adept at navigating the gray areas, asking the right questions and making data-driven decisions.
  • A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a strong desire to achieve your goals
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, flexible, and collaborative
  • Experience working with teams across different countries and time zones
  • Experience with CRM and business management tools (Salesforce, Asana, Tableau)
