Senior Marketing Associate

EnergyHub empowers utilities and their customers to create a clean, distributed energy future. We accomplish this through innovative software and program management solutions that harness millions of distributed energy resources, enabling utilities to support more renewables and rely less on fossil energy. 

We’re at a unique stage in our company’s trajectory and looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to manage our corporate marketing efforts as we continue to grow and help power companies run more sustainably. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities to market our thought-leadership, working in concert with other teams 
• Plan and execute our public relations strategy, including managing our PR agency and interfacing with key publications
• Develop content for press releases and blog posts
• Maintain and update EnergyHub’s brand across all content, including website, sales and marketing materials and other content templates
• Leverage all distribution channels (media, email, social, webinars, newsletters, conferences, industry associations and partnerships) to reach target audiences
• Develop and implement demand generation strategies, including maintaining contact database and tracking the success of outbound marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute EnergyHub’s annual user conference
• Develop annual corporate marketing budget and track spend against that budget
• Manage relationships with membership organizations and plan and execute participation in industry conferences, including securing speaking engagements and sponsorship 
• Collaborate with other teams at EnergyHub to create content to establish EnergyHub as a leader on key industry topics

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years experience
• BA in Marketing or equivalent
• Ability to write about technical topics in an engaging way for a variety of audiences
• Ability to network effectively with other EnergyHub teams to ensure you’re up to date on relevant company and industry topics
• Project management experience and the ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, Wordpress required
