What we’re looking for:

The rapidly-growing Enterprise Solutions team is responsible for building and growing Arcadia’s Developer Platform. The Enterprise Solutions team leads go-to-market planning and implementation, full sales cycle management, solution design, technical scoping, and implementation for our Enterprise customers. Our enterprise customers are operating in energy or energy-adjacent sectors (i.e. leading EV companies, solar companies/other DER providers, energy services providers) and Arcadia’s one of a kind platform allows them to enhance the value of their own products and services by offering access to unique utility data, energy analytics, bundled utility billing, and energy services solutions. 

We are seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise Solutions to work with prospects throughout the presales scoping and contracting process, as well as lead the implementation process with customers under contract. You will drive the technical scoping process for each of our potential customers and once the deals are executed you will lead the implementation process. It will be important to work with our product and engineering teams to have a full understanding of our platform capabilities and our future roadmap, and then develop repeatable collateral for scoping. We will also want you to work with the rest of the Enterprise Solutions team to spot and suggest sensible additions to our platform. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, thrives at multitasking, building processes for scale, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional leaders/subject matter experts both within Arcadia and with our potential partners. 

This role can be based in Washington, D.C., New York, or remote. 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Development team to create technical scoping documents for potential enterprise customers as well as all stages of the sales and customer implementation lifecycle
  • Present to and brainstorm with potential enterprise customers across product, engineering, business development, executive, and operations disciplines
  • Collaborate with Arcadia Product and Engineering teams to build out product roadmap for the developer platform using feedback from current & potential customers
  • Lead all implementation and integration activity with enterprise customers
  • Identify creative solutions and opportunities for expansion for both new and existing enterprise customers
  • Assist in defining and launching customer success function and define handoff process from implementation to ongoing success
  • Collaborate with the entire Corporate Development team on other activities as needed

What will help you succeed:

Must-haves:

  • BA/BS degree or similar college-level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of enterprise implementations and enablement, product management, project management, or related experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Active, empathetic listening skills and curiosity to develop, respond to, and champion a deep, nuanced understanding of our customers and their needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to execute requests against tight deadlines
  • Positive, team-first attitude and track record of being an invaluable partner to salespeople, engagement managers, and other colleagues
  • Proficiency with project management tools
