Duties include

  • Manage an effective coordination process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers 
  • Identify novel channels for sourcing talent, with a particular focus on historically underrepresented groups in financial services and tech
  • Track and maintain accurate and thorough documentation within our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting process
  • Research, identify and develop relationships with prospective candidates through targeted research, passive outreach, industry networking, and internal sources

About you

  • Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity
  • Always striving to improve and iterate on best practices
  • A proven self-starter that can troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks as they occur
  • The ability to learn how to uncover top talent using creative methods and sources (more than LinkedIn) excites you!
  • You care not only about filling roles, but about helping people as well
  • A sense of humor!
