About the role: 

We are seeking a working student to join our People Team at Planet in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a mix of curiosity and passion along with a drive for results. You will gain first-hand experience at the cutting edge of talent acquisition for a high-growth global technology company. Impact you’ll own:

• Support the local People team in Berlin with all recruiting and hiring activities 
• Active sourcing for candidates from underrepresented backgrounds on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Positively impact the candidate experience through active communication and prompt scheduling of interviews
• Foster a sense of belonging for new starters by assisting with on-boarding 
• Coordinate internal trainings and events (e.g. interview trainings, meetups, team building activities)
• Routinely manage confidential data in our ATS (applicant tracking system) and HRMS (Human Resource Management System) 
• Assisting in managing our employees’ entire life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding

 What you bring: 

• A strong belief in our mission, our values and in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 
• Enrolled in business or in a related course of studies in Germany for at least one year
• Practical working experience, ideally in HR/ Recruiting 
• Accurate and reliable working ethic   
• Flexible and able to react to change quickly and efficiently
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and proactive team player who is eager to learn
• Fluent in written and spoken English
