About LimeLoop
LimeLoop is the leading logistics platform for retailers shipping goods. We are helping brands increase the double bottom line through positive and measurable environmental impact and optimizing the cost of goods and customer loyalty. We offer a fully integrated experience from the time a product is ordered to when it reaches its final destination. This is achieved through the rental of reusable smart shippers, applied data, efficient shipper return, and optimized logistics. Retailers mail their products in a LimeLoop reusable smart shipper. When the consumer receives it, they use the enclosed pre-paid label to send the shipper back to the retailers to employ over 200 more times. 
When it comes to this ecosystem of partners, the key to our success will lie in both staying in tune with their current needs and anticipating those of tomorrow. While continuing to exceed customer’s expectations is core to everyone’s role at LimeLoop, we’re looking for someone who will focus on collecting and applying user data that authentically increases customer acquisition and customer loyalty. Through joining this early-stage startup, you’ll have an opportunity to work closely with the CEO, the product team, growth, marketing, operations, and advisors to effectively develop and implement data-driven protocols and actionable tactics for acquisition, growth, and retention of new and existing enterprise customers and strategic partnerships.
You Will...
  • Create, monitor and manage actionable KPIs within the organization to expand and accelerate revenue opportunities amongst potential and existing enterprise retailers,
  • Work cross functionally with the leadership team to increase product value that is based on potential and current customer product features,
  • Manage, grow, and retain a persona targeted pipeline of opportunities and build out a data-driven conversion funnel that has a test, learn and automate approach,
  • Own, manage, forecast, and evolve the sales budget,
  • Develop and evolve customer assets that are on brand, including contracts for potential and current customers, 
  • Expand industry specific partnerships that align with the over mission and milestones,
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to the role,
  • Grow and lead the internal sales team.
You should have…
  • A strong understanding of customer acquisition and success metrics,
  • A strong process driven approach including building and reporting of KPIs & use of CRM systems,
  • A passion for communicating with customers and partners and developing long lasting relationships,
  • A love for travel and, 
  • A sense of curiosity that leads to executable solutions,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: utilized with our clients, as well as delivering effective feedback to your peers and management,
  • A strong sense of ownership,
  • Can quickly spot problems and come to the table with solutions,
  • A desire to work for a fast-paced startup, requiring you to wear many hats,
  • Experience with or aptitude of sales systems and expand them, analytic tools and how to communicate them effectively.

Compensation…
Salary + Equity + Benefits 

Compensation will be a combination of salary and benefits along with equity participation. As is customary with early-stage startups like LimeLoop, initially base compensation will be lower with higher commission rates. This will transition based on additional responsibilities taken on by the executive and driven by company growth. All equity will be with a four-year vesting schedule with a one-year cliff.
