What You’ll DoAt Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you and your successful engagement with Channel Partners.  As a Client Success Manager, you lead onboarding, program overview, and sales enablement trainings for new Channel Partners across our national network. Once successfully onboarded, you will support ongoing marketing efforts for Channel Partner relationships in order to drive growth and measure your success through partner satisfaction. You work closely with counterparts on the sales team and across the organization as we collectively strive for continuous improvement. Reporting and metrics are your obsession for managing fruitful dealer relationships. Ongoing relationship building and management is an area you consider fulfilling and where you tend to shine.

Experience You'll Need

  • Direct Experience working with clients
  • Comfort with leading presentations and trainings
  • Meticulous Note-taking with an ability to distill into succinct, actionable Executive Summaries
  • Collaborative Problem solving
  • Experience working with EPC, Contractor Partners
  • Metric Reporting
  • Asana knowledge 
  • Microsoft Office/ Google Workplace Suite experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM
  • Domo, Tableau, or Business Intelligence Platforms experience a plus
  • Marketing Automation Platform Skills (Hubspot, Zoominfo) a double-plus
