Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll and benefits programs and ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Advise and consult to SparkCharge managers regarding best HR practices.
  • Work with the CEO and COO to further develop the company’s team-oriented culture.
  • Design and implement an effective performance review process.

Requirements

  • Must have five year’s HR experience, or more, with conventional HR duties at a product or service company.

  • Must have a career record of success in positions of increasing responsibility.
  • Must fit well with our hands-on, “many-hat” start-up culture. Excited to get into the trenches to create, implement, and grow HR systems.
  • Must have a BA or BS from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, particularly if with EVs.
  • Experience with a tech-based start-up company is a strong plus.

Benefits

We are a fast-paced, young start-up working to build a culture based on hard work, respect, work/life balance, and open communication. We offer unlimited paid time off. The Company pays 99% of the medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees. We offer FSA savings and 401(k) plans. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s ability to quickly add value to SparkCharge.
