The Role As Director, Technical Operations, your goal is to enable Omnidian’s operations team to support new products and technologies in a comprehensive and scalable way. The person in this role will also be responsible for mitigating Omnidian’s brand risk and financial liability by improving Omnidian’s ability to assess the installation and service quality of Omnidian’s contractor partners. You'll be joining a team of industry experts that are passionate, motivated and purpose-driven. We work with high levels of accountability, respect, and transparency, and we approach our work fearlessly, learn quickly, improve constantly, and celebrate our achievements! What You’ll DoAt Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:· Develop the processes and provide training to ensure the successful launch of services for two new direct sales opportunities involving new portfolios of third party owned photovoltaic systems and energy storage products.· Develop and support the processes to enable Omnidian’s customer service personnel to provide best-in-class support for energy storage products. · Develop and support Omnidian’s processes surrounding vetting the installation quality of our partners across all business lines.· Provide escalation support for technical issues arising for existing residential solar power systems. · Provide escalation support for verifying the quality of work performed by Omnidian’s service partners Who You Are· Photovoltaic system installation · Energy System installation· Training experience· Experience developing and motivating teams· Highly Responsive and Organized· Strong ability to coalesce meaningful action among multiple stakeholders with competing priorities· Strategic thinker Omnidian is an equal opportunity employer.
