About the Role

Spin is seeking a creative, self starter, and highly organized individual to join the Brand team and support marketing efforts across Spin. The Brand Manager is a vital member of the brand marketing team at Spin. This is a cross-functional role that reports to the Brand Director. This role works closely with the Brand Director to define brand strategy and execute brand campaigns. This individual will design and lead campaigns, product launches, and company announcements/initiatives, and more. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with marketing, design, communications, product, community partnerships, government partnerships, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Experience leading an external agency.
  • Experience developing teams and direct reports.
  • Experience building content plans and creative briefs.
  • Experience designing and handling photo and video shoots.
  • Strong understanding of audience segments.
  • Strong data analysis and story telling skills.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and running multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, keen attention to detail.
  • Owner of Spin's digital and social channels

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • Excellent project management skills
  • entrepreneurial drive
