Job Description

Are you a marketer with a passion for forests and a cleaner future? We are looking for a talented Global Website Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this position you will play a critical role in our global expansion efforts through website strategy, design, and optimization as well as managing our buyer portal. Working closely with UX designers and web developers, you will be responsible for envisioning, executing on, and managing our online global presence. If you are someone with a blend of creativity, vision, and are action oriented we encourage you to apply!You would be joining a rapidly growing team with a new product in the quickly evolving industry of climate tech. We know, that is a lot of growing! This means from time to time you will step outside of your website management focus to help shape the direction of the overall marketing practice or chip in to help a colleague when the need arises. A collaborative, curious, growth mindset is critical to success in this role. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the Director of Business Development.

What You'll Do:

  • Set strategic vision and execution plan for building NCX's global web presence
  • Communicate efficiently between creative and technical stakeholders - translating a creative vision into actionable milestones for UX designers and web developers to build
  • Use Google Analytics and A/B testing to make data driven decisions on how to best optimize the website and buyer portal
  • Applying knowledge of regional regulations to ensure compliance for a global website
  • Maintain NCX's global presence with regular updates to the website and buyer portal

Sound Like You?

  • 3-5 years managing a global website management
  • Experience creating a long term digital experience vision, including aligning roadmaps and managing resources and stakeholder input to meet that goal
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and proven ability to liaise between creative and technical teams
  • Data driven mindset to optimize website strategy
  • Strong working knowledge of Wordpress, Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for global websites
  • Knowledge of site localization
  • Experience conducting user interviews
  • Hubspot or similar CRM experience
  • Product marketing experience
