About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated rising star to support our people's function in the United States, and improving our culture as we scale to become the world's largest provider of Ebikes and the best employer. You'll be a designer, builder, and implementer of processes and systems. You'll know how to recruit the best talent and create a winning culture. You will report to the US Operations General Manager and work with our global People & Culture, Operations, and Legal teams at Zoomo.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment activities and establish strong recruitment pipelines for our high-volume hiring roles
  • Improve the existing onboarding process for new joiners
  • Champion initiatives to improve culture and company NPS
  • Manage our payroll and performance evaluation systems
  • Develop USA company policies and procedures
  • Manage roll-out of benefits programs
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
  • Manage internal communication projects
  • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in human resources (experience in a fast paced start-up a plus)
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) including payroll tools
  • Strong knowledge of US labor regulations
  • Radiate positive energy and embrace a glass half-full mindset
