By electrifying fleets, we can mitigate more than 70% of mobility CO2 urban emissions, remove 50% of city air pollution, and help fleet operators meet Net Zero commitments.We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing accounting team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of initiative in improving processes and have a high attention to detail. This role will be responsible for setting up vendors, inputting bills within our AP system, processing employee expenses and other ad hoc projects. Your ability to work both independently and as a member of a small but nimble team is critical, as well as your agility to work within a fast-paced, early-stage company. This is an exciting opportunity for an accountant looking to expand their experience and grow with the Company.
- Inputting invoices into our AP module
- Ensuring bills are paid on time
- Enforcing our controls process around purchasing and payments
- Reconciling credit cards
- Employee Expenses
- Vendor Set Up
- Creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Support the Accruals Process
- Assist in the preparation of Month End Working Papers
- Assist in the preparation of Quarter End Working Papers
- Ad Hoc work
- 2+ years AP experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Attention to detail is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to adapt to a system conversion as we grow

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, interview performance, and geographic location.This role is eligible to participate in TeraWatt Infrastructure’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
