About the Role:

As the Administrative Assistant to Perennial, you will manage all administrative duties to advance the smooth operations of the Boulder office and the remote organization. You will also be a force multiplier for the founders and leadership team by supporting their administrative responsibilities and enabling their expanded bandwidth. This role will be based in Boulder with an opportunity for hybrid work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Boulder office and other team management responsibilities. Including:
    • Greeting visitors, receiving and distributing mail, receiving shipments, etc.
    • Ordering lunches as needed
    • Ordering and maintaining office provisions including office supplies, office snacks, etc.
    • Ordering Perennial branded merchandise and business cards and shipping welcome packages to new team members
    • Organizing the office space and securing offsite storage as appropriate
    • Ensuring work stations are appropriately equipped (e.g. with chargers and docking stations) 
    • Managing the ordering and distribution of cards and gifts for relevant occasions
    • Working with the chief of staff to develop a system to track and acknowledge birthdays, anniversaries, births, weddings, etc.
    • Organizing local events, happy hours, and networking opportunities
  • Assisting with expense management
  • Managing scheduling for interviews, on-site visits, meetings, etc…
  • Assisting with the hiring and onboarding processes
  • Booking travel 
  • Researching and arranging details for off site meetings and activities 
  • Performing other administrative activities as required

What You'll Bring:

  • Either a high school education with at least 3- 5 years of administrative experience or a college degree
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Detail orientation
  • Facility with the Google or Microsoft Office application suites 
  • Comfort with multi-tasking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The team member in this role can expect a starting salary in the range of $35,000 - $60,000 alongside equity in the company.
