Motiv is looking for a Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team and ‘lead from behind’ to maintain a culture of innovation and accountability in a high growth environment. The EE Manager will manage development projects and engineers and report on progress. As a direct contributor, the EE Manager will participate in power electronics design and review. She/He will also be responsible for developing development, configuration and release processes.
As a small company, we are critically dependent on our team members’ leadership, enthusiasm, creative problem solving, and self-motivation across a wide range of both technical and nontechnical disciplines. These attributes are as important as the knowledge sets for the work.
