Job Description

Zoomo’s Supply Chain team is crucial in enabling all markets to achieve their aggressive demand requirements and drive resource allocation decisions. The Supply Chain team is deeply integrated with all functions across the business including Local Operations, Central Operations, Hardware, Finance and Strategy and works closely with the Executive team to drive the business’ direction.

We are looking for a Central Planning Program Manager to drive our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. In this role, you will own the Supply/Demand model to help Zoomo optimise its inventory and asset allocation across regions, taking into account CAPEX, funding approval, workforce constraints, cashflow constraints and Zoomo product mix (fleet). You will be an integral part of ensuring the Zoomo business meets its growth targets and is set up with resilience to endure disruptions in the currently chaotic global supply chain environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and improve Zoomo’s S&OP process to ensure the leadership team and all relevant stakeholders have a clear and tight pulse check on Zoomo’s operational & supply capacity to deliver its sales funnel.
  • Build strategic Supply/Demand planning models to determine how to best allocate resources to markets across the world and support market growth and company objectives.
  • Recommend/implement tools and system required to run a controlled S&OP process.
  • Oversee regional demand reporting and collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure data accuracy and hygiene
  • Use your business judgement to recommend critical trade-off decisions across various stakeholders
  • Track forecasts accuracy to sharpen Zoomo forecasting capabilities
  • Be an integral part of the Supply Chain team and communicate supply forecasts 12-18 months in advance
  • Work with the Hardware team to model new product introduction and product modifications
  • Collaborate with the Product/Data team to automate processes and create dashboards that act as a source of truth for the company.
  • Work with In-Market GMs, and Sales Teams to understand and incorporate local market demand trends and requirements into the Global Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Work closely with Zoomo Sale force & Marketing to adequately model demand take up and adequate supply following Marketing effort.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of working experience with preference for Strategy & Operations planning experience and/or Demand Planning in an industry selling goods.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks at once and take initiative in a constantly changing work environment.
  • Experience in creating and optimising planning tools and processes
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, both within Zoomo and with external accounts. Able to communicate and listen effectively; great written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong bias for using data to support decision making and establish priorities/strategies; ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to build and manage strong relationships within the Supply Chain team and across almost every function of the business centrally and also with local market teams across the globe
