As the Head of International Expansion for Zoomo will report to the COO and be responsible for driving and executing the International Expansion Roadmap across the business.

  • Assess and prioritise opportunities: Assess and prioritise new region opportunities and provide framework for regional launch teams to assess and prioritise new country and city launches
  • Coordinate international launch roadmap: Coordinate international launches in existing regions with regional launch teams. Set the project milestones, track progress, remove roadblocks and ensure they have the right support from central functions: legal, tax, accounting, treasury hardware and labour regulations, etc.
  • Launch brand new markets and regions: launch new markets outside of existing regions, hiring teams on the ground, setting up operations and support
  • Launch playbook: make launch a science - get better and faster every time - and ensure operations launched are consistent with Zoomo best practices
  • PMO and support on major international enterprise bids

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven success in a similar role - leading operations/logistics, leading diverse teams, developing procedures, optimizing systems, and achieving benchmark operational goals
  • Internal commercial compass which makes good business decisions
  • Strong operational mindset. Enjoying self development through managing the beauty and constraints of a 24/7 business
  • Analytical Thinking. Data-driven mentality and strong business judgment. Able to roll up your sleeves and analyze the data and pull key insights for your team
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • An over-communicator who has strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate, present and debate recommendations at all levels of the business
  • Leadership by example. Able to motivate, inspire and create an inclusive, positive & supportive work environment for all
  • A passion for e-mobility, Zoomo's mission, and growing and leading a team
