&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; As the Senior Integration ETL Programmer, you will play a central role in developing a variety of proprietary applications that will enable the company to access, collect, transform, load, and analyze a wide variety of data types all in support of climate friendly agricultural practice adoption and carbon credit issuance. In this role, you will work with all levels within the company and IT leadership in the design and development of a world class Data Management Systems. &nbsp;Your expertise will be a vital piece to the company and its mission and greater purpose. Objectives of the Role 
<ul>
<li>Participates in the design of AgriCapture&rsquo;s enterprise Data Warehouse, then development, support, and data mining related to new and existing complex Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) routines related to sustainable farming practices</li>
<li>Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business process and procedural problems.</li>
<li>Serves as a technical advisor and a subject matter expert to internal and external staff who perform development and IT related functions</li>
<li>Work with Product and Business Analysis in transforming business requirements into ETL software solutions; includes designs and mock-ups of functionality.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Uses industry best practice, proactively analyze existing software architecture and new development to enhance overall code integrity to ensure the highest levels of code, application, and data quality</li>
<li>Develop and maintain logical and physical dimensional data models for data warehouse/data mart</li>
<li>Create, test, and implement program logic for data mining and ETL development, e.g., write and test procedures, parameters and other specifications required to implement programs</li>
<li>Implement ETL technical specifications from development through test, staging, and production environments</li>
<li>Work with Business Analysts to validate processes of test / use cases and then optimizes ETL data load jobs to improve performance and automate</li>
<li>Proficient in creating, maintaining, and auditing ETL processes using Cloud database technologies</li>
<li>Work with the end user analysts developing the requirements of the Data Warehouse solution</li>
<li>Provide clear analysis and written documentation including unit and quality assurance test plans for the development of newly designed applications and redesigns, data modeling and all associated tasks</li>
<li>Create solutions to improve the performance and availability of the Data Management System</li>
<li>Proficient working with large, complex data sets, relational databases, and data warehouses</li>
<li>Lead project efforts, ensuring project requirements and timelines are met and may guide, mentor, and oversee the work of other technical staff</li>
<li>Learns new technologies as required</li>
</ul>
Skills and Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience building the major ETL components of a cloud-based enterprise Data Warehouse system</li>
<li>Experience dealing with unstructured data types as part of ETL function: transformed unstructured and poorly structured data into 3rd Normal Form tables</li>
<li>Experience in scripting language, e.g., Python, shell scripting, SQL programming and JavaScript</li>
<li>Designed and developed decoupled resilient data pipelines</li>
<li>Deep understanding of AWS and / or Azure ETL / data warehousing development and hosting environments</li>
<li>Experience in Git based repositories (Bitbucket, Code commit, GitHub etc.)</li>
<li>Skilled at writing, testing, debugging new and existing code based on program area knowledge, conceptual and technical design specifications</li>
<li>Strong understanding of source control, change control, and software development life cycle (SDLC)</li>
<li>Proficiency with scheduling and automation of ETL processes and file processing Proficiency with business intelligence products. </li>
