Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations, Quality standards and company policies.</li><li>Participate in the maintenance planning process to ensure an optimal maintenance schedule considering HSE, production schedule, and workforce availability.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (safety, quality, delivery &amp; costs).</li><li>Remain engaged, proactive and positive in tough circumstances, owning assignments and taking full accountability for their success.</li><li>Develop training programs and hiring plans for production associates.</li><li>Support of control plans to assure critical features are controlled through the production process.</li><li>Support issue resolution including root cause investigation &amp; corrective action tracking.</li><li>Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire production process and support no defects from leaving a station or team area.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>BA/BS or higher degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.</li><li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering + minimum 2 years in a leadership role</li><li>Problem-Solving, Lean Improvement, leadership of Six-sigma and business results mindset</li><li>Understand key operational metrics and performance management systems</li><li>High motivation and self-starting abilities are a must and able to handle complex and demanding situations while maintaining sound decision making</li><li>Experience dealing with overlapping projects and shifting priorities within critical due dates.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS:</strong></p><ul><li>Production Manager (M3): $120,000 - $160,000 per year</li></ul><div><div><div>[Natick, MA Zone]</div><div><span>$120,000</span><span>—</span><span>$160,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div><p>Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​</p><p>Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package.
