Join our team!SUMMARYNexamp is looking to grow their Asset Management Accounting team and hire a Treasury Operations Manager.  The Treasury Operations Manager is integral to the strategy, execution, and reporting of cash on the subsidiary and corporate level. This role will manage &amp; lead a team that is responsible for the day-to-day activity of the Treasury Operations team. This person will work closely with all Finance functions (Accounting, Treasury, AP, Finance &amp; Customer Experience.)This role will be based in the Boston office; we are supporting hybrid work. The Manager will report directly into the VP, Accounting, Asset Management and will supervise a team of 4 Cash Specialists. RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash general ledger activity and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. </li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Record journal entries in NetSuite on an as needed basis. </li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Manage and oversee payment applications electronically and by check to ensure appropriate reconciliation by entity and timely application to customer accounts.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Implement and improve processes and systems to optimize efficiency and quality to maximize performance, ie: remote deposits and outstanding check process </li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Design and implement additional operating processes as needed for reconciliations between billing system and ERP systems.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Provide bank account information to approved parties and assist with ACH or other customer forms</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Support Management with defining policies, procedures, and controls around cash management </li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Support annual audits as needed. </li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Lead, direct, and facilitate meetings to ensure short and long term goals and objectives are achieved</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate tools and solutions</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Proactively identify issues and opportunities for improving the quality and customer satisfaction with the Treasury Operations processes</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;">Manage a team of junior treasury specialists as they work within the Treasury team, while also providing training and development opportunities for junior team members </li></ul>QUALIFICATIONSIdeal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-oriented and operate well in a collaborative, team environment.
