Job Summary
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Materials Handler with a good eye for detail. A successful applicant will be able to work cross-functionally and in a fast-paced environment. Move parts and materials from various stock locations to production, Site operations or R&D locations. Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. Ensure locations are maintained and stocked. Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording locations of inventory. Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units. Receive returned material and supplies from production by verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock. Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, loading, and securing product. Document product shipment by recording units shipped. Interface with receiving, quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems relative to receipt and distribution of material.
