Your mission <ul><li>You are developing and improving our software architecture and guidelines</li><li>You communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development teams</li><li>You oversee the progress of our development teams to ensure the consistency with the guidelines</li><li>You provide technical guidance and coaching to the engineers</li><li>You develop the needed tooling to make our engineers' life easier and to improve the developer’s experience</li><li>You help our development teams to make the right technical decisions and trade-offs, to manage their technical debt and to move on the refactoring roadmaps</li><li>You develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>At least 5 years of experience as Software Developer and/or Software Architect</li><li>Advanced knowledge of one or more Programming language (preferably Kotlin or Java)</li><li>Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g. TypeScript and Angular)</li><li>Proven knowledge in designing Microservice architectures and Event-Driven architectures</li><li>Strong desire to apply methodological knowledge such as domain-driven design</li><li>Advanced understanding of cloud technologies, cloud platform operations and cloud governance with a focus on automation, analysis, modification and testing of cloud services</li><li>Experience in modern software development and delivery practices including Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment and Cloud Native</li><li>Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services like compute, storage, databases, network, application integration, monitoring, alerting, Identity &amp; Access Management.</li><li>Hands-on experience of working on containers and its orchestration using Kubernetes and EKS</li><li>Passion for continuous improvement, technical and operational excellence</li><li>Passion and eagerness to learn different tools, technologies and practices that are needed to get the job done</li><li>Empathy, readiness to coach, pair with and learn from others</li><li>Strong team player and experience in partnering effectively with cross-functional and near-shore teams.</li></ul> IDEALLY YOU HAVE <ul><li>Experience with central logging, monitoring using stacks like ELK(Elastic) on the cloud, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.</li><li>ISAQB certifications are a plus</li><li>AWS or Kubernetes certification is a plus</li></ul> Why us?
