Our Supply team is dedicated to finding the right assortment for our platform through strong partnerships. Be part of one of our three pillars -Sales & Account Management, Category Management or Listing- and shape the future of sustainable consumptions at the highest standards of quality.
Strategy & New Business:
Join the team that designs and builds the path to refurbed's sustainable future. Our Strategy & New Business team defines and drives our strategic vision, incubates new ideas, and actively analyzes the market for emerging business opportunities
Customer Service:
Are you a friendly problem solver who is passionate about helping customers? Do you thrive in situations that require patience, empathy, and focus? Our Customer Service Team is a group of international experts supporting customers across Europe. This team is the diplomatic heart of refurbed, dedicated to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. We’re looking for individuals fluent in at least two European languages who excel in communication and are eager to make every customer interaction a positive one.
Marketing:

Finance:
Keeps us running! Our mission is to manage refurbed's finances & financial processes effectively and efficiently, so that refurbed can realize its mission to build the leading platform for sustainable products & services. We work closely together with all teams to improve all payments and payment flows. We know everything about every cent spent or earned at refurbed. We are looking for very bright people who love thinking about efficient ways to do things and can adapt to new tools and software easily. We need people who are able to think holistically at the whole company and prioritize. Do you have a background in book-keeping, controlling or auditing? Do you want to be part of a growing international organization with modern financial processes and tools?
Analytics & Data Science:
We are experts in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Forecasting and Experimental Modelling. We help all teams understand their impact, measure the improvements, make note if something goes wrong and work to find the cause. Do you love data and the endless possibilities to work with them? Do you love automation? Are your are great communicator of complex correlations, statistics and analyses? Then this is the team for you.
Product Management:
You have questions regarding the website? Ask Product Management. Our Product team aims to investigate and identify our customers' needs to develop and deliver meaningful value. We want to test everything, improving our user experience and analyzing all important factors that might occur along the way. We love to work cross-functionally to optimize ideas and find new solutions. Are you a data-driven problem solver? Are you as passionate about testing ideas as we are?
Engineering:
We are a self-motivated horde of Engineers distributed around Europe, mostly working fully remote. Our goal is to fully understand the domain we are working in and then break down the problem into an elegant and flexible solution. To build our refurbed marketplace platform – the core product we work on - we use the newest technologies such as Go, PostgreSQL, Vue.js and plenty more. Profound technical skills matter to be part of us, however nobody knows everything, therefore we try to share knowledge, help each other and support further development of our Engineers.
People:
Our people team is dedicated to making sure everyone at refurbed has the support they need to succeed. We manage everything from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and learning & development. We’re also here as a trusted resource for any questions or sensitive matters.
