As Customer Onboarding Manager (all genders) you are the internal contact of our customers in the implementation phase and you ensure that all project participants work together optimally and customers are happy. Why DABBEL?

What the role looks like...

• You are the first point of contact for our customers in the implementation phase of our software
• You accompany the onboarding and manage the requirements of all parties involved (internal and external)
• You continuously monitor and track the onboarding progress and in close cooperation with our customers
• You develop solutions and ensure that our customers are happy and processes are improved
• After the onboarding, you will support our customers with questions and suggestions and ensure their satisfaction
• You are part of DABBEL revolutionizing the proptech world and make a contribution to climate protection

Your Profile

• You have already gained several years of professional experience and may have already worked in software implementation or project management
• You are enthusiastic about technology and AI
• You communicate confidently on different channels such as telephone and e-mail
• You love customer contact and to organize and work out solutions
• You want to learn and always improve
• You would like to work in a startup and appreciate taking on responsibility and the hands-on approach
• You see yourself as part of the team with which you can achieve great things together
• You speak fluent German (ideally C2) and English (at least C1)
