As Senior Sales Development Representative DACH (all genders) you will support our corporate growth by optimizing our lead qualification processes and enabling our Sales team to close deals and get new customers on board.

What the role looks like...
- You set up the strategy to qualify leads and convert them into opportunities together with the VP Sales
- Especially in the beginning you take care of cold calling, qualifying leads and arranging appointments for our account executives yourself together with the SDR team
- You make sure that CRM data of SDRs is always up to date
- You measure the effectiveness of Outbound activities by establishing relevant metrics
- You prepare and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategy and goals
- You will build, manage and coach a high-performing SDR team

- Previous working experience in customer-facing / Sales roles for 4+ years
- Previous working experience as (Senior) SDR for 2+ years
- BA degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Willingness to take accountability and lead an SDR team in the future
- Very good knowledge of organizing outbound activities (e.g. cadences, channels, metrics)
- Data-driven, creative and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Experience in working in Proptech is a plus
- Experience in building and managing a high-performing international SDR team is a plus
- Good knowledge Salesforce is a plus
- Fluent German and English (at least C1)
