As Working Student Customer Onboarding / Success (all genders) you support our Onboarding team for ideally 15-20 hours per week. Why DABBEL?

What the role looks like...
You are the point of contact for our customers in the implementation phase of our software
You accompany the onboarding and manage the requirements of all parties involved (internal and external)
You continuously monitor and track the onboarding progress and in close cooperation with our customers
You develop solutions and ensure that our customers are happy and processes are improved
After the onboarding, you will support our customers with questions and suggestions and ensure their satisfaction
You are part of DABBEL revolutionizing the proptech world and make a contribution to climate protection
You are currently studying in the field of business administration, engineering or similar and have 15 - 20 hours per week
You are enthusiastic about technology and AI
You communicate confidently on different channels such as telephone and e-mail
You love customer contact and to organize and work out solutions
You want to learn and always improve
You would like to work in a startup and appreciate taking on responsibility and the hands-on approach
You see yourself as part of the team with which you can achieve great things together
You speak fluent German (ideally C2) and English (at least C1)
