Offers are determined based on relevant skills and experience required for the position. Attention to Detail: Ensure all revenue and expenses are recorded accurately ahead of month end responsibilities. Review and approve all month end bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules. Manage all restricted revenue and ensure timely recording in the accounting system, including completion of TRNA and other month-end revenue schedules. Oversee all incoming revenue and ensuring accurate GL recording per GAAP. Oversee Intacct vs. Raisers Edge monthly revenue reconciliation. Review audit drafts to ensure accuracy. Ensure proper recording of fixed assets and prepare a monthly FA schedule. Organized Contributor: Work closely with the Fundraising team to obtain and accurately record all restricted revenue. Assist the accounting staff with all month-end close schedules as needed. Assist in preparing board financial reports. Prepare ad-hoc reports for team leaders as requested. Lead annual budget planning and development process.  Analytical Ability: Co-lead annual 990s preparation and year-end audit completion. Obtain all lobbying-related data from various teams and prepare timely journal entries. Reconcile intercompany balances with C4 and PAC and prepare financial reports.
