We are looking for people with commercial real estate sales, lease and development experience to lead the development of solar projects in California. The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of commercial real estate and project development experience. The individual hired to fulfill this role will lead the origination and development of ground, rooftop and other types of community solar, commercial and industrial-scale solar projects with the primary focus on ground mount solar development.The Project Developer will be reporting into the Director, Business Development. We are accepting candidates throughout the state of CA, and supporting remote work. There will be 30-50% travel throughout the state, specifically in Central Valley. RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for all phases of project development of distributed energy resources (solar power, battery energy storage, and electric vehicle charging systems), from origination to  pre-construction.
