The JobAs the Senior Sales Analyst for C&I Strategic Alliances, your primary responsibility is to embody Omnidian’s vision, that of being a partner for a sustainable future, in all interactions with team members, clients and prospects. Omnidian provides Performance Assurance solutions for operating distributed energy assets including solar and storage.    In your day-to-day role, you will translate data into actionable information helping formulate strategy to drive our business forward. The Senior Sales Analyst will be successful by streamlining processes, working closely with cross-functional partners to stay on top of sales execution. This role will also provide critical support to the sales team by performing a variety of administrative and sales support duties, managing the sales cycle from identification and qualification of leads to sales pitch and proposal generation, through contract negotiation and close, staying vigilant and responsive to active deals that you are supporting.

Analysis- Analyze multiple data sources to create insights & problem solve- Distill data into actionable insights and synthesize data into reports and presentations for executive and senior leadership review- Identify and analyze trends from a variety of data sources to develop improvements for processes, forecasting, and planning.- Develop/update spreadsheet models as needed- Prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc reporting in support of sales team- Develop business requirements and collaborate with internal teams on data analytics strategy that will support accurate reporting and insights- Create and maintain reports and self-service dashboards to provide ongoing insight to business stakeholders and support leadership in making effective, data-driven decisions- Own analytics needs for projects including but not limited to forecasting, sales cycle optimization, and customer success- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify new KPIs and implement plans to provide data insights to improve the KPI- Identify opportunities to streamline analytics processes and reporting efficiencies and drive continuous improvements
Sales Support- Manage the creation/updating of proposals and contracts, ingesting project information from clients and entering data into pricing models- Design and populate business reviews and planning material- Assist in Client Relationship Plan development and ongoing updates based upon new information obtained from the client, Sales team, or market news- Help administer the CRM, keeping Account and Opportunity information updated and accurate- Troubleshoot business processes in practice, finding solutions to improve infrastructure and intra/inter-departmental workflow.- Schedule and coordinate arrangements for sales meetings and conferences/tradeshows- Proactively flag concerns in sales performance and highlight opportunities to address Ad hoc projects to drive sales plan achievement- Respond to internal requests for information and appropriately release information based on policy, ensuring work assignments are prioritized and completed correctly and efficiently
Experience You’ll Need - Excellent analytical skills – demonstrated ability to translate information and data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) 5+ years of professional experience, preferably within Sales Administration, Support or Operations; within the solar industry a bonus- Ability to convert complex business concepts into simple-to-understand graphics- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Willingness to be flexible and learn new tasks as assigned- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and data analytics tools (Domo) with proficiency in visualization and dashboards- Proficiency in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis.
