Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of various programs for the Vehicle Integration team within constantly-evolving vehicle initiatives aimed at scaling Bird globally.
  • Help implement transparent and highly-visible vehicle processes to ensure our fleet is properly repaired, monitored, and tracked.
  • Assist in monitoring vehicle performance across markets and relevant KPIs, identifying root causes of issues, helping conduct deep-dive investigations, and recommend solutions across various teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Bird’s operational flows, tools, and assets.
  • Execute multiple tickets with varying urgency and scope with minimal guidance while remaining a strong team player.
  • Upskill tier 1 support teams through the identification of technical documentation gaps, process recommendations, and review of tickets.
  • Promote Bird’s vehicles to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work hard and support multiple teams globally. You will be one of the go-to individuals when the business requires solutions to fire-drills.
  • Professionally liaise with internal and external stakeholders to help assist them with troubleshooting and repair.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience of relevant work experience or high-growth operations/startup experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive university

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous automotive and mechanical experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Zendesk and various systems
  • Ability to repair and maintain electric vehicles
  • Willingness to get hands-on with the vehicles and processes
  • Ability to make friends and align multiple departments around a project
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Moderate Google Sheets/Slides and/or Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
