Recruiting Coordinator

This is a high visibility role at Redaptive, where you will interact with employees at all levels across the company and be an essential partner in providing support to our candidates and Recruiters.
When you’re not laser-focused on providing the best interview experience for our candidates and interviewing teams, you will be looking for ways to further improve our Recruiting processes and Applicant Tracking System! The successful candidate will possess a strong customer-centric mindset who is looking to make a real impact on Redaptive’s recruiting efforts as we scale and grow as a business. This role will report to the Senior Corporate Recruiter. 
This position may be done anywhere in the remote USA except Colorado at this time.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate candidate phone interviews, Zoom team interviews and debrief sessions for feedback with speed and efficiency
• Deliver a friendly, supportive interview experience for all candidates while effectively addressing last-minute scheduling changes and smoothing over any other unexpected bumps in the interview process to ensure the best candidate experience possible
• Partner with People Operations and Finance teams to route job requisitions for approval
• Manage and post open positions to job boards such as LinkedIn
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to streamline our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting processes
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
• Perform administrative duties as required to support the Recruiting team
• Eagerness to help with other tasks as requested

Job Requirements/Qualification:

• 1-3+ years of strong Recruiting Coordination experience or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment
• Incredible attention to detail and accuracy
• Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills (attention to detail).
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative, exercise good judgment, maintain discretion and confidentiality in all tasks; resourcefulness is key
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
• Located in San Francisco Bay Area preferred
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices a plus
• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn, ATS Lever/Asana a plus
