Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the take-offs are done in accordance with the construction means and methods. Provide visibility to changes in quantities from estimate through project completion and be able to communicate how those changes impact construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning.</li><li>Oversee the creation and updates to an integrated EPC schedule in Primavera P6. Work with the scheduler to load resources, maintain labor hour forecasts, and report schedule variances per established boundaries. Prepare, review, and update weekly/monthly progress reporting that includes earned value schedule progress, schedule forecasting, and executive management summaries.</li><li>Perform and lead the risk assessment including regular reporting on risk status and action tracking. Risk assessment includes but is not limited to Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Cost Risk Analysis (CRA).</li><li>Manage project controls data and apply quality control measures to ensure data integrity.</li><li>Ensure the project is compliant with district project controls standards.</li><li>Effectively communicate in a geographically dispersed, matrix organization.</li></ul><h3>What a qualified candidate should possess</h3><ul><li>10+ years of experience as Project Controls Manager in an energy company (self-performed and/or subcontracted construction) or a renewable industry.</li><li>Proven track record in EPC LS TK projects (Engineering. Energy Vault SA offers an energy storage technology utilizing fundamental principles of science to deliver a storage solution that's as compassionate to the planet as it is efficient to build and operate.
