As an Operations Associate, you will work closely with our Sales, Customer Service and Revenue Operations teams to manage ongoing tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re interested in joining the clean energy revolution at one of the best places to work in Boston, we would love to have you apply! RESPONSIBILITIES<ul style="font-weight:400;"><li>Support the Sales and Service process within Nexamp, ensuring that all necessary documentation has been completed by the customer and internal systems are updated</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound mail for the Customer Experience and Operations organization </li><li>Act as the point person for all incoming unassigned emails and voicemails for the Sales team, distributing important communications to the relevant associates </li><li>Ensure that our solar community project utility bills are in order by downloading and saving them to SharePoint and inputting information from them into our system </li><li>Assist the Sales and Loyalty teams by generating and dispersing state-specific customer disclosure forms in a timely and efficient manner </li><li>Assist with quarterly regulatory audits, identifying and correcting any customer enrollment errors   </li><li>Match up paper checks with accompanying paper communications and provide to our mailing partner </li><li>Support our process improvement team by identifying time-intensive processes needing optimization </li><li>Opportunity to manage small projects independently.
