You will be responsible for front line and day to day support of new and existing externally and internally developed database systems which are reasonable, sustainable, cost effective and which do not compromise security.  Your key outcomes will be:<ul><li style="font-weight:500;">Work closely with the Data Team Analyst/Programmers in attaining and maintaining  the level of technical skills and understanding of ECO systems required to provide hands on front line systems support to the ECO business users.</li></ul><ul><li style="font-weight:500;">Resolve to business approval all owned critical and high priority incidents and requests raised by the business users.
