What You Will Do
Responsibilities

<li class="p4">Collaborate with sales leadership team to negotiate and close contracts, ensuring compliance with all local lighting requirements. Work closely with the product team to ensure our offerings align with customer needs and industry standards.</li>
<li class="p4">Establish sales goals metrics by forecasting and developing annual sales volume and profit for new territories. Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of sales activities.</li>
<li class="p4">Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers in target markets, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.</li>
<li class="p4">Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new territories, and competitive developments, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.</li>
<li class="p4">Report KPIs to management, offering insights into sales activities and results.</li>
<li class="p4">Ensure timely completion of relevant projects within the budget, and effectively resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.</li>
