Reporting Relationships <ul><li>Reports to our Regional Director, Europe</li><li>Role is part of our global fundraising team</li></ul> ESSENTIAL FUNCTION<ul><li>Primary point of contact for business accounts located in Europe but also elsewhere</li><li>Manage a portfolio of corporate donor relationships, ranging from small business to multinational corporations</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of One Tree Planted reforestation projects around the world, in order to confidently share these projects with potential funders and align with corporate sustainability goals</li><li>Support corporate communications campaigns by providing creative ideas &amp; content; ensuring all messaging is accurate and aligned with One Tree Planted guidelines</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism with donors and working to establish a positive rapport with every enquiry</li><li>Contact inbound leads through email, phone calls or setting up Zoom calls</li><li>Assist in strategies for donor retention</li><li>Prepare donor agreements; facilitate invoices and payments</li><li>Cultivate strong relationships with recurring business donors, focusing on trust, transparency and communication</li><li>Work closely with APAC Projects Team to align on opportunities and strategic priorities</li><li>Provide ideas on how to continuously improve and grow the organization</li><li>Maintain &amp; update donor database (Salesforce CRM) </li></ul> POSITION REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li><ul><li>EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>RELATED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years experience in fundraising/account management</li></ul><ul><li>SKILLS</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Must be comfortable speaking with several different prospects per day on Zoom</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working in Salesforce &amp; G-Suite</li></ul><ul><li>Is creative and can help develop unique fundraising strategies to drive funding towards our planting projects</li></ul><ul><li>IDEAL LOCATION: </li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Preferred location in the UK.  Fully remote position. </li></ul></li></ul> COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS COMPENSATION:  typical starting range is  € 50 000 -  € 60000  Euros, which will be based on skills and experience.
