Job Description

Afresh is looking for a creative and proactive business partner with sound judgement to join us at an exciting time of hypergrowth! You will champion scalable HR programs, support healthy team practices, be a steward of DEI & B, design and refine compelling HR philosophies, and ensure our business strategy is reflected in the people strategy.  We would like you to have experience in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, and benefits.

What will you be doing?

  • Bring thought leadership to HR programs and strategies in partnership with key stakeholders touching performance management, talent development, employee engagement, retention, compensation, and change management communications
  • Partner with functional leaders to create future organizational design and perform workforce planning at scale
  • Offer sophisticated coaching, professional development, career pathing and leveling approaches
  • Approach employee relations and people matters with an eye on compliance and risk
  • Analyze trends & use data to develop people programs and influence change
  • Foster stellar working relationships across the business
  • Support leaders to craft career paths based on competencies and performance metrics
  • Measure, predict, and minimize regrettable attrition keeping succession planning in mind
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of employee engagement with proactive manager check-ins
  • Improve on talent experience inefficiencies, propose and shepherd change management

What skills or experience do you need?

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience
  • Able to work efficiently across multiple competing priorities of varying complexity
  • Advanced coaching, thought leadership, prioritization, and problem solving skills
  • Uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy in hypergrowth demands
  • True team player equally a self-starter capable of executing independently
  • Process-driven with strong work ethic, habits, and a passion for iterating and ideating
  • Confident verbal and written communicator, adept at maintaining strong relationships 
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly scaling and constantly evolving environment
  • Reputation of integrity, proactivity, ownership and accountability
