Required Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in developing high-quality software in large codebases</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in C++ programming</li>
<li>Proficiency in Unreal Engine 4 and/or 5 (UE4, UE5), including build pipeline</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively, even when working remotely</li>
<li>Demonstrated success working as part of a cross-functional team</li>
<li>Experience with Algoryx or other deformation/terrain simulation</li>
<li>Familiarity with sensor suite representation</li>
<li>Understanding and application of simulation to real-world scenarios</li>
<li>Experience in game development in Unreal Engine</li>
<li>Familiarity with fundamental concepts in physics</li>
</ul>
Bonus Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of combined graduate academic and professional software development experience</li>
<li>M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of AI planning, constraint satisfaction, and linear/mixed-integer programming</li>
<li>Experience with Unity game engine</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python programming</li>
<li>3D modeling experience</li>
<li>Animation and rigging skills</li>
<li>Machine learning and/or Robotics experience</li>
</ul>
