The RoleAs a Portfolio Operations Manager you provide operations support for Omnidian’s clients and their portfolios of residential solar assets. Portfolio Operations Managers advocate for their client’s interests internally and ensure Omnidian delivers an unmatched client experience. The Portfolio Operations Manager is the subject matter expert for the portfolios under their management and will act as a resource for our clients as well as internal Omnidian teams. The Portfolio Operations Manager will monitor, manage, and report on the performance of portfolios of residential assets. This is a U.S. remote-based role.

What You’ll DoAt Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing: Client Relations:·         Meet regularly with clients to discuss day-to-day management of portfolios, portfolio remediation progress, escalations, outstanding projects, and issues, and address any client concerns or needs·         Proactively anticipate and identify desired client outcomes and needs in order to suggest or enact service expansion, Omnidian product innovation, and/or internal process improvement·         Manage operations processes and Omnidian responsibilities as outlined in their client contracts Portfolio Operations Management & Reporting·         Create, update, and improve process documents and resources related to their clients for the Operations team·         Act as a third point of escalation to the Technical Support Team for escalations related to their clients·         Create and annotate monthly client reporting packages for their clients·         Receive and manage ad-hoc reporting requests from clients and ensure appropriate response and/or delivery of reporting·         Design and implement portfolio remediation projects, in coordination with the client and internal Omnidian teams, and ensure their success·         Cooperate with partners and vendors to deliver a seamless client experience and ensure effective cooperation enabling all parties to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience·         Help design and implement intercompany processes and ensure the reliable exchange of information across partners Who You AreYou share our team members unbounded enthusiasm for making a difference. You take detailed and efficient notes·         You proactively identify process improvement opportunities with a bias for action·         You can balance the voice of the client while balancing the financial and operational impacts to the organization Experience You’ll Need·         2+ years of Project or Client Management experience·         Experience with building and growing client relationships·         Solar PV Experience is preferred·         Data Analytics is a plus
